Die Cuttin Divas: Elephant Appreciation Day

Welcome to Die Cuttin Divas Tuesday Challenge!

Happy Tuesday everyone! We love all the amazing projects everyone made last week. Now, we have a new challenge this week.

Our challenge this week is a....

Create a Project using an Elephant!

Elephant Appreciation Day was declared beginning in 1996 by WildHeart® Productions [*] to celebrate the Elephant

When: September 22

Origin of Elephant Appreciation Day:

Mission Media Inc .created in 1996, largely because elephants are ....large. (and a whole lot of other great things.) The founder, Wayne Hepburn, received a paperweight of elephants on parade from his daughter as a gift. He became fascinated by them. He amassed a huge collections of elephant books and paraphernalia. His fascination and love of elephants, led to the creation of this day so you and I can stop and enjoy this huge, lumbering beast.

Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge: Happy Fall Y'all!

Good morning everyone! Today, we have a fun challenge over at Getting Cricky. Our theme is Happy Fall Y'all!

For my project, I created a Fall Card for my friend who loves Fall Weather. I guess with the heat we have been having in Southern California, we are now waiting for the cooler temps. The best part of my card is the sentiment. K. Andrews has the perfect stamp set for fall which is called Fall-O-Ween. Be sure to check out her site to purchase the stamp set as you get to see how it's used on my project.

For my sentiment, I used K. Andrews Fall-O-Ween Stamp Set.
